Perhaps another head should have been provided for Harry, portraying his injuries too. However, the set does contain a police cap, alongside standard crowbars for both minifigures. 21330 Home Alone belongs to the 18+ range and therefore features dark packaging. The black background contrasts nicely against the model, although I think a snowbound environment may have appeared even better. However, this neutral design is perhaps more appropriate since this Ideas set will presumably be available throughout the year, unlike many seasonal products. And speaking of severe violence, the infamous “iron trap” is ready and waiting in the kitchen/basement play area.
Review: LEGO 21330 Home Alone
Kevin’s sled is also present here, and there’s a cool play feature baked in to re-create the iconic scene of him sliding down the stairs. Without further ado, here’s a non-exhaustive list of all the references, booby traps and notable scenes you can re-create from the movie. So one of the best things about the set is just how many movie scenes, and references from Home Alone they managed to squeeze into the final model. It’s quite a basic looking van, and feels like a van right out of LEGO City. The gaps between the bricks in the sides are quite unsightly. In addition to the house, you also get a treehouse, as well as the Wet Bandit’s van.

Sometime in high school, for a multitude of silly reasons, I let go of LEGO. It wasn’t until I sobbed through the end of The LEGO Movie that I decided I had been away from LEGO long enough. By then I had made a career in animation, and I found that my art school and industry training had found its way into my ability to build with LEGO.

The second floor
It was a really positive atmosphere and everyone was really friendly. We have also used them to help our daughter, who came out to us last year, to deal with her feelings and emotions toward girls. There was a story online about the Bookshop being owned by two lesbians and for awhile she focused on how that could be her one day, and how happy those women were together. So many of the members interact with the group that there is always new content to see.

Build the Change
What started as a kid building a colorful LEGO world turned into an adult trying to contribute and build a better community. LEGO is actually one of the things that led me to hitting it off with my now husband who also played with it as a kid and never stopped. Without a supportive LEGO community, I don’t think we would have clicked as much as we did while we were dating. As I immersed myself in Lego I found LUGOLA, Bricks LA and BrickFest.
As I mentioned then, I am not the representative of the LGBTQ+ LEGO Community nor do I want to be. What makes us great is that we all bring different experiences to the table. One of the biggest online groups for LGBTQ+ LEGO fans and their allies is undoubtedly GayFOLs.

Or maybe tap into a parent or guardian who owes you big time. The first thing you’ll notice about this set is the size of it. It’s packaged in a large, tab-sealed box that towers over other seasonal offerings like this year’s Winter Village offering, Santa’s Visit. It has standard “adult theming” for the design – with a black background, large logos in the corners, and a strip along the bottom with set information.
We'll step over the Lego, cars and trains, leave the kids to go wild, and just enjoy being together. The reality is that when our children grow up and have moved out, we'll inevitably feel wistful for the noisy, messy and laughter-filled days at home. We won't remember the sticky surfaces or wish that we'd tidied up more. LEGO have created and delivered the complete Home Alone experience, somehow squeezing in nearly every notable reference, booby trap and scene from the movie into a near 4,000 piece set. The LEGO Ideas Home Alone set is remarkable for one, and only one reason alone – it’s an uncompromising and complete take on the fan designer’s submission.

If you’ve already reached that limit through previous orders your entire order may be cancelled. About six years ago, a participant at a local BrickCon made a gay club. It included quite a bit of lighting and depicted gay male minifigs enjoying the evening. Since then, I’ve made MOCs for Pride, shown only to my friends list. GayFols is the first forum where I have made my Pride and LGBTQ+ MOCs public. Coming out of the closet as a gay LEGO fan changed the course of my life, and it is even more beautiful and colorful than I could have ever imagined.
The group is not run by me; so many people are involved, and that is how it should be. One member volunteered to organize monthly building challenges. Another volunteered to organize in-person meet-ups for a convention. As a kid, I didn’t know I was gay, but from how people treated me, I knew I was different — and that different wasn’t okay. I could make my own rules for my own world, and everyone was always smiling. So I've decided that the next time my friends come over, they'll be greeted with a "Hello" followed by a "Come in, it's great to see you".
Kevin finds some firecrackers and an unflattering photo of Buzz's girlfriend while exploring his brother's storage chest. However, space is limited and such items have therefore been moved onto the shelves and wall, respectively. Another sticker is applied on the door, featuring the fan designer's surname and presumably making reference to a family member. Despite their particular simplicity, the swinging paint cans are among Kevin's most memorable booby traps.

Their passion for Home Alone and impressive attention to detail is obvious from this commentary. The memorable moment of Kevin reacting to aftershave is captured thanks to the mirror in the bathroom. Sure, it looks like a horror film as Kevin’s demonic visage is warped by the sticker, but at least LEGO didn’t make me deal with a mostly naked Kevin minifigure made just for this scene, too.
